Relaxation
Relaxation therapy refers to a number of techniques designed to teach someone to be able to relax voluntarily. These techniques can include special breathing practices and progressive muscle relaxation exercises, which are designed to reduce physical and mental tension.

Prenatal
Prenatal massage therapy has proven benefits including hormone regulation, improvement of nerve pain, reduced swelling, reduced back and joint pain, and better sleep.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage focuses on relieving severe muscle tension. It’s especially effective if you have musculoskeletal disorders, postural problems, or chronic muscle pain and tension. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

Myofascial Release
Myofascial release therapy is a therapeutic approach that can be used to treat myofascial pain syndrome. It’s a hands-on technique that works to relax, lengthen and realign your fascia, a tissue that holds all your organs, arteries, bones, and muscles together. The goal is to bring you pain relief, as well as give you back your full range of motion.

Sport
Sport massage therapy helps relieve performance-related pains, promote flexibility, and even ward off potential injuries.

Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy involves the applied pressure to painful, sensitive areas in order to alleviate the pain on site and in other areas of the body. Active trigger points can theoretically cause muscle pain that send pain and tenderness to other parts of the body when the trigger point is pressed. A “latent” trigger point is a trigger point that does not produce pain until it is pressed. These latent trigger points are believed to bring about joint stiffness and a loss of range of motion when we age.
